Payment

• We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.  You do not need a Paypal account to process Visa or Mastercard.
• Visa and Mastercard charges are ran through our Paypal Merchant Account.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to process with your credit card.  

Policy 

• We will normally process your order within 3-4 business days but it can vary depending on the item.  We then deliver your order right after processing.
• While we try our best to make sure our items are in stock, because of our ever changing inventory, situations do happen where an item is out of stock without warning.  If an item is out of stock you will have a choice of a full refund or to wait for the backordered product.
• Vintage items are sold "as is", no returns or refunds. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph  vintage items.  If you are not sure, ask questions, before purchasing.

Credit Card Security  

• All orders placed at our web store are run through our secure Paypal merchant account.

Returns Policy 

• We want you to love what you have selected.  But if something isn’t right, let us know.

• Excluding "vintage" items, we will be glad to exchange merchandise in its original condition, original packaging, properly insured and sent back prepaid within 3 days of the delivery date.

• Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.  We must be notified within 3 days of your intent to return the item. 

• The buyer is always responsible for shipping and insurance costs. 

• Exchanges will be processed as soon as we are able to inspect the returned item to determine that it has not been damaged or altered in any way.  However, Fields of Thunder Gift Shop will bear the shipping charges for defective/faulty items. 

• With respect to clothing, we reserve the right to examine the item to see if it has been worn/used.  If we determine an item to have been worn/used, we may respectfully deny the exchange or any other credit forms. 

• There will be no refund / credit terms or reimbursement should the value of the exchanged item be lower than the original purchased item.  Exchange of items should be based on current selling price unless otherwise stated. 

• We will charge your credit card for any new merchandise and process your credit for return merchandise as soon as we receive it. 

• Defective items or items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option.  Many manufacturers have specific policies regarding the handling of warranty claims and we will hence forward it to the manufacturer for their inspection.  They alone make final disposition on repair or replacement.

• Be aware that handmade items may vary slightly from the photo, and that all genuine stones will also vary.
